Elite Squad Home Programs Coaching Squads Elite Squad Program Information This program Kory & Jack's highest-level training environment for young players aged 5-12 who demonstrate strong technical ability, game understanding, and a commitment to developing at a competitive standard. It is suitable for advanced players, rep-level players, or those progressing from our Rep Prep Program and ready for a more demanding challenge. Sessions are fast-paced, detailed, and focused on high-level technical and tactical development. Players work on advanced ball mastery, first touch under pressure, 1v1 attacking and defending, combination play, positional understanding, structured movement patterns, and decision-making in game-realistic scenarios. Training is designed to push players physically, technically, and mentally, with standards that reflect what is required at the representative level. The environment is competitive, purposeful, and supportive aimed at helping serious young footballers accelerate their development and reach the next stage of their playing journey. At the end of the term, every player receives individual feedback outlining their progress and areas for improvement. In addition, parents and players have the option to meet with our coaches to discuss an Individual Development Plan (IDP), giving each player a clear, personalised pathway for their ongoing development. Player Suitability Registration into these squads is subject to player suitability (ie standard and attitude). Kory and Jack will notify parents if they believe a player should be promoted from FUNdamentals to Rep Prep, or from Rep Prep to Elite squads. All players who are new to KBFA will be evaluated in their first session, and parents will be informed if we believe the player is not suited to the squad. - $ credits or refunds are provided if your child is not suitable and cannot attend another squad.
