Training Focus

Sessions focus on the key technical and tactical elements of high-level midfield play, including:

First touch under pressure
Scanning and awareness
Ball retention and passing range
Combination play and link-up actions
Movement to receive between lines
Switching play and tempo control
Defensive transition and recovery
Decision-making in central areas

Sessions combine technical repetition, small-sided scenarios, and position-specific midfield roles to reflect realistic match demands.
